MONTHLYPLANS FAQs

4hundred’s monthly plans are set up as medium to long-term design contracts with duration options of 6 or 12 months. This means you spend less on design rates and get consistent creative assistance. Our monthly plans allow you to spend less money than you would if you were to hire an internal designer.
Design credits are a simple and effective way for you to manage your design requests within your monthly plan. Buying design credits on a monthly plan is more cost effective than paying for designs on a per-project-basis. Click here for the credit menu to get a better idea.
Click here for the credit menu to learn how design credits work. The Rand value of a credit differs depending on the plan you choose, the larger the plan the more reduced the credit price becomes.
Yes they can, all motion graphics are discussed upon request, we have different options that account for different credit amounts. Click here for the credit menu to get a better idea of GIF/video credits.
Unfortunately they do not carry over, however, when we are approaching month end we will notify you that you have credits and discuss smart ways to use them up (eg. get various designs to schedule posts on your social media…)
That is no issue, all we do is add to that months invoice and we still use a reduced design fee for any additional credits.
We work on a ‘reasonability system’. As long as the brief stays consistent (sticks to the original size, layout, colours and content) while a design is being created we are happy to perform reasonable edits until your heart is content (we know that our customers respect our designers time and efforts). If we know we have ‘messed up’ we will not give up until you are happy, however, if we have followed direction and a customer is consistently changing their mind from the initial idea, we will start digging into more credits for the additional time spent.

If a design requires edits after it has been finalised (rendered, saved, added to print etc…), credits will apply based on the intensity of the edits.
Unfortunately if your idea for a design changes while the design is underway, we will need to dig into another design credit/s for time spent on the new changes.
You 100% can. If, for example you purchase the All out Plan that includes 20 credits, you could use 5 credits on client A, 10 on client B and the remaining 5 on client C.
A native file is the file where the design was created (aka the editable file / open file). We commonly use Adobe Creative Suite which most of our clients do not have access to, this is why we make it optional as sometimes the native file just wastes space on your laptop, but you are welcome to have it if you would like to get a Creative Suite user to help you with any additions/edits to your designs in the future.
To see if you are fond of us, and if we are of you 😉 It is 1 month without signing into any contract or having any long-term commitment, all while getting the benefits of our lower-cost design fees and quicker turnaround times.
No, the one month trial is not free, you’ll have to pay for your trial month with 4hundred. At either our Start out plan or All out plan rates, but there are no strings attached. After the trial month you can decide whether you’d like to stick with us and have us on a design contract for a period of 6 or 12 months.
A very to-the-point digital form, less of a contract and more of a ‘we understand and respect each other’ kind of agreement.
If after a solid month of working with us, you decide “I like these people”, then we discuss which monthly package and duration you would like to sign up for, and we will sign you up, simple stuff.
You have the option to sign up for 6 or 12 months. You may terminate with 30 days notice.
That is no issue, all we require is a 30 day notice period.
4hundred is a virtual design agency, which means we are available to chat, discuss and get your briefs via email, call, WhatsApp or video chat within office hours. Impromptu calls are welcome within office hours, however, If you think you need a longer in-depth discussion (15 mins+), we’ll schedule a date and time and chat via call or video chat.

We don’t offer face-to-face meetings but we do offer what we believe to be far more efficient for your time and money; virtual discussions via email, call, WhatsApp or video chat.

CREDITBUNDLES FAQs

A credit bundle is a set amount of graphic design credits which you purchase upfront and are able to use for 3 to 6 months. Bundles drastically reduce your design costs and give you the flexibility to claim designs whenever you need them.

Correct, if credits are not getting claimed within the 3 or 6 month period that they are valid for, you are not able to claim thereafter. We will always notify you of your credit usage and expiry date/s in advance.
That is no issue, you may purchase another (smaller or larger) bundle at any time, which we will add to your current credits.

Nope, we require upfront payment from credit bundle buyers, however, we are happy to look over a contract that you would require us to sign. We use our FAQs as our Terms and Conditions.
Refunds only apply if 4hundred has done wrong; Consistently providing a poor service, disrespecting a customer or acting in an irrational manner.
